it's open like you leave the window open after a thick dark night.open because you need some air some noise from outside the sound of voices the blur of colour at the periphery of vision.it doesn't mean you want someone to crawl through the window and close it behind them nor that you have any intention yet to look carefully at what is out there or climb out or even that you are yet inviting anything in but only because after the sensations of being locked in alone it feels good to let the breeze and the voices and the sense that after all there is an outside oh all of that to blow through and help you sleep a little in the early mornings

professor, what's your view?
general medical guidelines?
exorcism is several steps too far
you challenge the idea?
on the table
patients want to to move outside helpful boundaries
at least half I don't know any
but a small effect it comes from the possibility
it works there is a real risk
perhaps we could move on
does that seem a sensible coming down it's important
not have to worry what they ba tretireelieve
for you to do
coming from a controlling identity
this mortal helpful suspect argument
that takes you out of the world
many people this helps cohesion
in our history
the largest school to order
on broad historical themes but the new draught
we think it's a very serious omission
the platform, impoverished, into a balance
and elsewhere
